Meet Michelle

Your Movement, Redefined.

Michelle Garcia has been teaching Pilates since 2004, bringing more than two decades of experience to every session. Her approach is personal, intuitive and grounded in helping each client move with greater strength, confidence and ease — without taking the process too seriously. Expect focused, thoughtful movement, plenty of encouragement and a little laughter along the way.

Michelle is certified through the Kane School of Core Integration (now part of Kinected EDU) in New York City, a comprehensive Pilates training program emphasizing anatomy, biomechanics, and working with injuries and movement limitations.

My Journey

Experience That Shapes How I Teach

Early in my career, I spent five years working in a physical therapy studio in Palm Beach, Florida. That experience shaped how I teach clients navigating injuries, movement limitations and the transition from rehabilitation back to regular activity.

My approach combines contemporary Pilates with functional movement — using Pilates principles to help you move better in real life. Sessions emphasize control, alignment, balance and fall prevention, with exercises chosen for what your body needs rather than simply following a traditional Pilates repertoire.

Pilates doesn't need to be extreme to be effective.

The goal is to challenge your body intelligently - building strength, control and confidence in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
